Abraham Romano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Abraham started their career as a Financial Intern at GE Capital, where they analyzed the company's contribution margin and implemented improvements to streamline payment processes. Abraham then joined GE as part of the Financial Management Program, where they analyzed monthly contribution margins, projected margins, and reviewed and improved costing methods. After that, Abraham worked at Tecnológico de Monterrey as a Professor, teaching courses on process design and improvement methodologies and advanced Excel for engineers.

Abraham then transitioned to the private sector, joining Serby AG as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sales, design, and consulting of pneumatic transportation systems and establishing relationships with suppliers. Abraham then moved on to Quiero Casa, where they held multiple positions, including Subdirector of IT and Continuous Improvement, responsible for process automation and monitoring, and implementation and development of the company's technological platform.

Currently, Abraham is working at Luuna as the Director of Technology and Processes (CPO), overseeing the company's technological vision and strategy to generate value across all areas and business units. Abraham'sresponsibilities include continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing key processes for increased efficiency and improved customer experience, as well as internal compliance, ensuring alignment with best practices and meeting internal and external requirements. At Luuna, Abraham previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO).
