Olli Naukkarinen

Olli Naukkarinen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Olli served as the Chief Technology Officer at Luvata, overseeing technology management, R&D, IPR, and IS/IT. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at Neorem Magnets Oy. Olli also served as the Business Director at Luvata, where they successfully established a new technology and business area for the company. At Luvata Austria GmbH, they were the Geschäftsführer and had P/L responsibility, successfully selling one business area and relocating the other. Olli Naukkarinen also worked as a Senior Staff Engineer at Advanced Heat Transfer LLC and held leadership positions at Outokumpu, including research executive and business line manager. Olli began their career as a Production Manager at Outokumpu Magnets Oy and as a Design Engineer and later Product Manager at Cimcorp Oy, where they were involved in technical sales and software development.

Olli Naukkarinen earned a Master's degree in Technical Physics from Helsinki University of Technology from 1981 to 1986. Olli later pursued an eMBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Tampere University of Technology from 2008 to 2011.
