Anastasiya Frolova

Anastasiya Frolova is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Luware AG since August 2018, where responsibilities include project and delivery management, requirements analysis, and serving in a Scrum Master role. Prior to this, Anastasiya worked at Ciklum from February 2013 to August 2018 as a Project Manager and Agile Consultant, leading multiple distributed agile teams and optimizing the software development process.
