Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Lux Bus America, Aurora manages COVID-related issues and oversees daily operations. Prior to this, Aurora was a Senior Manager at Boyer Enterprises, focusing on strategic HR processes and organizational success, and also worked as an HR Generalist at Bell Microproducts, overseeing HR services for a large number of employees and collaborating with senior leaders.
