Steven Brody

Steve leads operations and compliance at Lux Capital and also serves as a management and strategic advisor to our companies. He joined the Lux team in early 2016.

Prior to joining Lux, Steve was Senior Operating Executive and Global Head of the Operating Initiatives Group at Cerberus Capital Management, a $29 billion private investment firm headquartered in New York City. While there, he specialized in telecom, consumer products and technology, and advised investment companies on oversight, strategic planning, turnarounds, process management and financial modeling.

Previously he was SVP and Director of Business Operations at Home Town Cable, a fiber-to-the-home cable provider in the Midwest. Earlier he was a senior associate at KPMG/Mesirow Financial Consulting.
