Dr. Jamie Muskopf

Dr. Jamie Muskopf has over 15 years of experience in the field of knowledge management. In 2006, they began their career in the US Navy as the Fleet Knowledge Management Officer for COMPACFLT, where they served as a GS-14 special assistant and knowledge management subject matter expert. In 2017, they became a Knowledge Management Consultant for Columbia University. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles at Microsoft, Nike, and Enterprise Knowledge, LLC. In 2020, they became an Information and Knowledge Strategist for Jamie Muskopf LLC and a Lecturer and Faculty Associate at Columbia University School of Professional Studies. In 2022, they accepted a role as North America Marketing Technology Information Strategy Lead at Nike, and in 2023, they began working as Programs and Projects Director, Technical Assistance, Learning & Knowledge Management at Lux Consulting Group, Inc.

Dr. Jamie Muskopf has a long and varied educational history. Dr. Jamie obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara. Dr. Jamie went on to earn their Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University in 2016, and their Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University in 2018. In 2020, they obtained their Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and is currently undertaking Post Doctoral Studies in Visual Social Work. In addition, Dr. Muskopf has obtained a number of certifications, such as a Certificate in Building Resilience through Trauma-Informed Practices from Columbia College (SC), Adult Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Behavioral Health, Certified Build Level Two (AT2) LEGO® Serious Play® Online Facilitator from SERIOUSWORK > LEGO Serious Play Facilitation Training, Virtual Facilitator Training from ASK DEEP QUESTIONS, Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator, Method and Materials from SERIOUSWORK > LEGO Serious Play Facilitation Training, Mobile Learning from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Certified L.E.A.N. Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, and Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) from the Knowledge Management Professional Society (KMPro).
