Michal Plit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. 💡 Michal started their career as a Junior Audit Assistant and Senior Audit Assistant at Salustro Reydel from 2001 to 2003. 💡 Michal then worked as a Finance Controller at Sephora from 2003 to 2005 and at LUX MED from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Finance Manager CEE at M.H. Alshaya Co.
In 2009, Michal joined LUX MED again as Deputy COO and Head of operational controlling, a role they held until 2013. During this time, they also founded Premium Global and served as its Owner and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2011. 💡 Michal later became the Chief Data Officer at LUX MED from 2013 to 2017, followed by the role of Chief Strategy Officer from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they holholde position of Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at LUX MED.
Additionally, Michal has served in leadership positions outside of LUX MED. 💡 Michal was Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Megamed since 2013 and a Board Member at Elba from 2015 to 2017. 💡 Michal also briefly worked as the CFO at Empik Group in 2009.
Michal Plit earned a Master's degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 1996 and 2001. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as ACCA from ACCA and PSPO I and PSPO II from Scrum.org.
