Pawel Masiukiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pawel started their career at Aviva in 2001, where they worked as a Product Specialist and later as a Senior Marketing Specialist, overseeing marketing management, product campaigns, and project management. In 2006, they joined AXA as a Product Manager and later became the Marketing Communication Manager. Pawel then moved to HSBC in 2010, serving as the Deputy Head of Marketing and Retail Banking Segment Marketing Manager. Pawel then worked at Allianz Poland as the Deputy Head of Marketing and Marketing Communication Unit Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they were employed at Netia as the Marketing Communication & E-Commerce Manager. Currently, Pawel holds the position of Marketing Communications Department Director at LUX MED.
Pawel Masiukiewicz completed their education with a Master's degree in Economics from Opole University in 1999. In 2004-2005, they pursued a Professional Diploma in Marketing Program at The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Instytut Rozwoju Biznesu, Warsaw. In 2009-2010, they further advanced their executive education by attending the Strategic Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute& Harvard Business Publishing, Warsaw.
