Giovanni Piras

Giovanni Piras currently serves as an Assistant Story Editor at Lux Vide since September 2023. Prior experience includes teaching Italian and History at Scuola Regina Mundi from September 2021 to July 2022, and completing an internship at Fondazione Sacro Cuore in late 2020. Giovanni also worked as a waiter at Amicis Ristoro con Pasticceria between October 2019 and March 2020, where responsibilities included hospitality and table service. Previously, Giovanni contributed as a writer for Sik-Sik, the blog of Teatro Franco Parenti, conducting interviews and crafting reviews from November 2016 to January 2018, and served as an author for the blog Il vizio dell'esistenza from July 2015 to April 2017, focusing on short introspective narratives. Academically, Giovanni holds a postgraduate degree in International Screenwriting and Production and two degrees in Modern Philology and Humanities from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with a Scientific Diploma from Liceo Scientifico A. Pacinotti.
