Giesser Laurent has been with LuxairGroup since March 1999, currently serving as the Head of Passenger Service System - Inventory & Distribution and as a Project Implementation Manager, overseeing the migration from the legacy RMS to the Altea Revenue Management Solution. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements management, and team coordination, with a focus on delivering key project targets and managing budgets. Giesser Laurent previously held roles as a Senior Flight Analyst in Revenue Management and Altea Inventory Specialist, contributing to the implementation of Altea INVENTORY and CODE-SHARE. In addition to experience at LuxairGroup, Giesser Laurent also serves as the Manager of the Distribution System for Luxair, having started in this position in March 2017. Education includes a General qualification for university entrance in Economics from high school in Luxembourg, completed from 1991 to 1998.
