Vincent Madelain

Vincent MADELAIN is currently the Business Development Manager at LuxCarta, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Vincent served as a Senior Geospatial Engineer for Alpes-Maritimes local authority from January 2011 to October 2020, where responsibilities included designing 3D geospatial products and applications. Experience also includes working as a Virtual Globe/GIS Consultant at the United Nations Logistic Base, and founding Geomatrix, a startup providing GIS and surveying expertise in French Polynesia. Additional roles encompass Deputy Head of the Land Survey Department for the Government of French Polynesia and various GIS positions across educational institutions and governmental organizations. Vincent holds multiple master's degrees in fields related to virtual technology, digital modeling, and photogrammetry from esteemed institutions, alongside a bachelor's degree in Cartography and a BTS in Land Surveying. Proficient in various GIS software including ArcGIS Suite, Google Earth Enterprise, and FME, Vincent brings extensive expertise in geospatial analysis and application development.
