Jeff Ou

Jeff Ou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jeff is currently serving as the Chief of Staff & Head of HR at LuxCreo, a leading 3D printing solutions company. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Management Consultant & Executive Coach at Compassionate Management for almost a decade. Jeff also briefly served as the COO at a Fin-Tech Start-Up in 2015. Before that, Jeff held the position of Human Resources VP at Warburg Pincus from 2012 to 2014. Jeff started their career at UBS, where they held positions as an HR Business Partner for Wealth Management and an HR Client Relationship Manager for various departments. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as a Human Resource Manager at Lichang Food & Beverage Group and as an Analyst at Clever Software Inc. Overall, Jeff's diverse work experience has equipped him with valuable skills and expertise in leadership, management consulting, human resources, and 3D printing solutions.

Jeff Ou completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Renmin University of China between 1996 and 2000. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued their MBA in Human Resources Management from Tsinghua University.
