Jakub Grzesiak is a co-founder and the CTO of Albacross, a company that offers an Intent Data Platform to provide insight into unknown B2B website visitors' intent. Jakub started this role in February 2015 and is currently still working there.

In 2018, Jakub also co-founded Girls to Code and works as a trainer there.

Before these roles, Jakub was the CEO of Luxdone starting in September 2015.

Prior to that, they worked at Luxoft as a Senior Software Developer from January 2015 to August 2015, and also as an Internal Trainer from November 2014 to August 2015. Jakub started at Luxoft as a Software Developer in July 2013 and worked until December 2014.

Before Luxoft, Jakub had an assistant internship at AGH University of Science and Technology from October 2012 to October 2013.

Jakub'sfirst professional role was as a Software Engineer at IBM from July 2011 to June 2013.

Jakub Grzesiak began their education in 2008 at AGH University of Krakow, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 2012. Jakub continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science in 2013. Later, in 2014, they enrolled in Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Managerial Economics, completing it in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jakub Grzesiak has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they received the "Deutsches Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz - Zweite Stufe(DSD II C1)" certification from Kultusministerkonferenz. Jakub further enhanced their skills by obtaining the "Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer" certification from Oracle in August 2014. In March 2015, they achieved the "Professional Scrum Master I - PSM I" certification from Scrum.org and the "Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 7 Programmer" certification also from Oracle.
