Matt Hauck

Matt Hauck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt is currently the CEO & Founder of LUXE Vision since November 2019. Previously, they were the Head of HR (Total Rewards, Payroll & HRIS) at Tata Chemicals North America from February 2019 to January 2020. Before that, they held various roles at Boart Longyear from September 2018 to March 2019, including Director HR - Total Rewards and Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards. Prior to that, they worked at USANA Health Sciences from August 2014 to February 2018. Matt held the positions of Global Total Rewards Process Manager and Total Rewards Analyst (Compensation & Benefits), where they managed salary management programs and administered compensation and benefits programs. Matt also had a short stint at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as Global Compensation and Benefits, supporting HR directors on compensation and overseeing role descriptions. Before transitioning into HR, Matt worked in the banking and telecommunications industries. Matt was an Assistant Manager/Personal Banker at Wells Fargo from August 2012 to February 2014 and a Retail Consumer Manager at Verizon Wireless from August 2010 to August 2012. Matt started their career with an HR internship at Clark Pest Control from June 2009 to August 2010.

Matt Hauck attended Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management, with a focus on Human Resources. Matt completed this degree but the start and end years are unknown. In addition, Matt has acquired a Certification for Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in March 2015.
