Jules Linden is currently a PhD candidate at the National University of Ireland, Galway, serving as the Principal Investigator of the EnviroSim project, which focuses on developing a microsimulation model for evaluating the implications of environmental policy. Additionally, Jules is a PhD researcher and research assistant at Luxembourg, managing data for the MOVID project, which examines the distributional effects of the COVID-19 crisis. Previous experience includes a visiting research position at the University of California, Berkeley, an internship in monitoring and evaluations at Enda santé, and various roles aimed at knowledge management and consultancy. Jules holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Human Development and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics from Maastricht University, among other academic qualifications.
