Sophie Klecker

Sophie Klecker, PhD, currently serves as a Project Manager at the Ministère de l'Économie in Luxembourg, focusing on DG Industry, New Technologies, and Research since July 2022. Additionally, Sophie has been an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission since 2019 and worked as a Research Engineer at ArcelorMittal from September 2019 to July 2022. Prior experience includes a Doctoral Candidate role at the University of Luxembourg, where Sophie completed a PhD in Engineering, and a position as a Scientific Mediator at the Luxembourg Science Center. Sophie's educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Liège, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and various summer programs on ethics and international law.
