Hazel Stephenson

Hazel Stephenson has held various positions throughout their career. Hazel started at Technical Fibre Products Ltd in 1996 as a part-time Technical Assistant. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at Lancaster Synthesis as an Assistant Chemist and at Avecia as a Chemist. In 2002, they joined MEL Chemicals, where they held multiple roles, including Research and Development Manager, until 2017. In 2016, they became a Director at ZIRCON INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION LIMITED. Since 2017, Hazel has been working as the Director of Quality and R&D Zirconium and later as the Director of UK Operations at Luxfer MEL Technologies.

Hazel Stephenson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Huddersfield, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Hazel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (MChem) from the University of York, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Dallam School from 1996 to 1998 and Queen Katharine School from 1991 to 1996, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for these schools.
