In this role, John leads a multidisciplinary team that specializes in diverse areas such as marine, construction, renewable energy, and more, delivering comprehensive services both in the UK and internationally. With a robust background that includes previous positions as Specialty Operations Leader, Field Operations Manager, and Client Account Director within the same organization, John has demonstrated expertise in operations management, client account growth, and team development. Prior to Crawford, John gained valuable experience at Industry Insurance, progressing from entry-level claims handling to field-based loss adjusting.
