Anne-Christine Ayed is a seasoned professional in the fields of innovation, sustainability, and circular economy. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at +ImpaKT Luxembourg S.à.r.l since May 2020, Anne-Christine has a long-standing commitment to promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices. As Managing Partner at AOC Innovation since July 2009 and in various advisory roles, including EIRMA and Luxinnovation GIE, Anne-Christine drives initiatives that align business growth with sustainable solutions. Previous positions include Group Executive Vice President of Research, Innovation, and Sustainability at Tarkett, where Anne-Christine led a global team and developed an environmental strategy based on Cradle-to-Cradle principles, establishing Tarkett as a leader in the circular economy. Anne-Christine holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Physical Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg and has significant experience across multiple industries, demonstrating a passion for innovation and sustainability throughout their career.
