Ezzeddine Ouerghemmi

Ezzeddine Ouerghemmi is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and operations, currently serving as the Operation Director at Luxium Solutions since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ezzeddine held various key positions at Luxium and its predecessor Saint-Gobain Crystals, including Plant Manager and Engineering, Manufacturing 4.0 and Development Manager, where Ezzeddine contributed to significant advancements in manufacturing processes. Ezzeddine’s career also includes extensive experience at Saint-Gobain Research Paris as a Team Leader, R&D Project Leader, and Research Engineer, as well as a role as a Research Engineer at Thales R&T. Ezzeddine Ouerghemmi holds a PhD in Physics specializing in semiconductor lasers and optoelectronics from École Polytechnique, along with multiple degrees from esteemed institutions including a Master of Science in Physics and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Physics and Chemistry from ESPCI Paris - PSL.
