Michael Cahill

Michael Cahill has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in the medical component business. Michael is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Luxium Solutions. Prior to that, they held various positions at Saint-Gobain, including Vice President NorPro & Crystals and Vice President Crystals. Before joining Saint-Gobain, they were the Vice President of Fluid Systems at Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics Inc. Additionally, they served as the General Manager at Saint-Gobain, where they led the strategy for creating a fully integrated medical component business and completed multiple private acquisitions. Prior to Saint-Gobain, they worked at Actuant Corporation as an Application and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In this role, they focused on creating FDA components for medical devices and expanded their responsibilities to include project management and leadership of technical and commercial teams.

Michael Cahill attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2000, they enrolled at Cardinal Stritch University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
