Sam Barron

Sam Barron, MBA, serves as the Director of Global Commercial Development at Luxium Solutions since December 2022, overseeing the Global Sales and Business Development Team. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Regional Sales Director for both Americas and Australia at Saint-Gobain, where responsibilities included managing sales activities and customer service operations across multiple regions. With extensive experience in the industrial ceramics business, Sam's prior roles at Saint-Gobain NorPro encompassed full P&L accountability, strategic market growth initiatives, and leading operational improvements. Sam's career began at Ferro, where contributions in quality management and engineering led to significant advancements in production and quality control. Sam holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University.
