Joey Jacobsen is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in high-profile restaurants and casinos. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Tender Steakhouse and Seafood and Public House at Luxor Hotel & Casino since June 2019, Joey previously held multiple executive chef positions at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, including Fiamma and Tap Sports Bar, as well as a sous chef role at Nobhill Tavern. Joey's culinary career began with line cook positions at various establishments, including Craftsteak, and has been supported by education from The Culinary Institute of America and Iowa Western Community College, where degrees in Culinary Arts/Chef Training were earned.
