Kathy Cuoco

Kathy Cuoco is a seasoned realtor with extensive experience in the Florida real estate market, currently working at Luxury & Beach Realty, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to this role, Kathy served as a realtor and director of sales at Sunchase Realty, LLC from December 2015 to October 2017, specializing in new sales and re-sales at Marina Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida. Kathy's real estate career began at Keller Williams Realty Suncoast in 2014. Before transitioning into real estate, Kathy was a trooper with the Massachusetts State Police from 1987 to 2010. Kathy holds a master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Anna Maria College and completed real estate training at Bob Hogue School of Real Estate in 2014.
