Emily Norris

Emily Norris serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Luxury Lake Oconee Real Estate Group since January 2025, where expertise focuses on operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Previously, Norris held several leadership roles at Harry Norman, Realtors from March 2017 to January 2025, including VP of Luxury and Culture and VP of Operations and Culture. A skilled collaborator, Norris co-led a team of 150 Realtors, achieving sales goals while also providing training and coaching to enhance agent performance. Earlier career experiences include positions at Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty Southeast Region, and Grand Entrance, where relationship management and strategic sales development were key responsibilities. Norris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences with a Minor in Business from The University of Alabama.
