Felix Cash

Felix Cash is the owner and founder of LuxuryLife Developments Ltd and Phoenix Residential Homes Ltd. Mr Cash has a long history of owning and operating land development companies. Starting in the 90s with Terrafirma Paving Ltd, a small driveway specialist firm. Mr Cash now owns and manages a number of property development companies and land development businesses including Felix Leisure Ltd and Pennine Park Homes Ltd.

Felix Cash's company Phoenix Residential Homes Ltd operates St George’s Park in Wokingham (Reading) with Wokingham Council, a charitable living support facility and residential park homes site in the Nine Mile Ride District of Wokingham. Mr Cash and Phoenix Residential worked with Wokingham Borough Council officers to gain planning consent and make sure the mobile home park was correctly positioned for the benefit of its residents. Mr Cash also worked hard with Wokingham Council obtaining planning regulations exist for developing land and the associated hard standing for the caravans and mobile homes. Felix Cash is proud to have had such a successful outcome providing safe and secure residential accommodation in the form of caravans and mobile homes to those who are struggling with homelessness and low income in Wokingham.

LuxuryLife Developments Ltd operates 2 luxury park home sites, Upper Abbots Royd Park in Yorkshire, and Fir Hill Park in Cornwall. Both parks offer Luxury park homes for those in the later stages of their lives, Fir Hill Park is for the over 45s and Upper Abbots Royd Park is for the over 55s. The luxury park homes offer a chance to enjoy retirement in a beautiful location, whether it's by the breathtaking coast of Cornwall or the majestic open countryside of Yorkshire.

Felix is the proud father of seven children. Local landowner, Felix Cash prides himself on putting family values at the front of his businesses and building strong relationships with his team and the local area. Mr Cash is the father of boxer Felix Cash, who holds the middleweight British and Commonwealth titles and has competed in bouts at the First Direct Arena and the Copper Box Arena.
