Lei Monica Chen

Lei Monica Chen is a professional with a diverse background in design and experience planning. Currently serving as a Creative Planner at LUXURY MAKERS by Auditoire since March 2023, Lei Monica previously held the position of Service & User Experience Designer at Xavor Corporation from October 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Service Designer at CBi China Bridge from September 2019 to January 2020. Earlier career experience includes an internship as an International Exchange Consultant at Politecnico di Milano in 2018. Lei Monica holds a Master of Science in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Master of Art from Tongji University in the same field. Additionally, Lei Monica earned a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Politecnico di Milano and completed studies at Shanghai International College of Culture from 2020 to 2021, following a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico "Carlo Donegani" from 2008 to 2013.
