Al Robinson is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as the Chief People Officer at LuxWall, Inc. since August 2024. Previously, Al held various positions at SYNCREON, including Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and Sr. Director of Human Resources for the Tech Sector, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, performance management, and strategic leadership. Al's extensive background also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, managing labor relations and HR activities for large teams across multiple facilities. With a strong foundation in operations and plant management, complemented by a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, Al has consistently demonstrated leadership in optimizing human capital and enhancing organizational culture.
