Jean Marie Mayher

Jean Marie Mayher is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental sustainability and materials innovation, currently serving as the VP of Environmental Sustainability at LuxWall, Inc. since September 2021. Mayher oversees the development of Net Zero Glass, a glazing innovation aimed at reducing energy demands in building systems. Previous roles include Senior Manager PMO at JBT FoodTech, where strategic planning and execution were key responsibilities, and multiple positions at O-I focusing on global cost transformation and R&D. Earlier experiences involve managing cross-functional teams at Guardian Industries and quality systems at Corning Asahi - Sony Electronics. Mayher holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
