Changlin Dou

Changlin Dou is an accomplished biotechnology professional with extensive experience in technology development and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director at Luye Pharmacy Group since July 2011, Changlin Dou has previously held prominent roles at Cellular Dynamics International, Invitrogen, Genentech, and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, contributing to advancements in recombinant protein and antibody production through patented inducible expression systems. With a strong foundation in neurobiology, Changlin Dou earned a Master’s degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai and a PhD from Stony Brook University, further enhancing expertise in cell engineering and high-throughput screening technologies.
