Tim Dare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim is currently employed at Luzern eCommerce as a Commercial Director, responsible for developing and implementing global eCommerce strategies for leading global brands. Tim utilizes data-driven insights to optimize online channels and accelerate internationalization efforts. Tim also implemented automated CRM functionality to enhance account management capabilities.

Prior to joining Luzern eCommerce, Tim worked at Expeditors as a District Sales Executive from 2020 to 2021.

From 2013 to 2020, Tim held various roles at DPD Ireland. Tim started as a Senior Sales Executive and eventually became a Regional Sales Manager. During their tenure, they focused on creating a culture of coaching and consultative selling, resulting in consistently high performance. Tim also designed and introduced a new sales management platform using Salesforce, which digitized the sales department and improved conversion rates and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, they served as the Head of CRM on a secondment basis and successfully relaunched the CRM department with new automated processes and metrics.

Prior to joining DPD Ireland, Tim worked as a Sales Executive at Frank Keane BMW from 2007 to 2008. Tim also gained experience at GE Money (GE Capital) as a Tele-Sales Agent & Team Leader from 2002 to 2005.

Tim Dare's education history begins with their undergraduate studies at Technological University Dublin from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Accountancy.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Tim went on to enroll at UCD Michael Smurfit Business Graduate School from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management & Organisation Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Tim also obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they completed certifications in Digital Transformation, Solution Sales, and Strategic Agility through LinkedIn. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Business Analytics. In October 2020, they completed a certification in Cold Calling Business Leaders. Most recently, in May 2021, Tim obtained certifications in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Account Management, both from LinkedIn's platform.
