Bill Barrett

Bill Barrett has extensive experience in public safety and security, currently serving as the Director of Safety & Security at Luzerne County Community College since November 2001. Prior to this role, Bill Barrett was the Chief of Police for the City of Wilkes-Barre, PA, from January 1997 to January 2000, where leadership and law enforcement expertise were demonstrated.
