Jacob Hizny

Jacob Hizny, CEC, FMP, currently serves as the Executive Chef at Jay's Famous Roasted Pork and Beef, where responsibilities include brand development for locations at Pen-Mart Convenience Stores since January 2016. Concurrently, Jacob Hizny holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Luzerne County Community College, contributing to the Hotel/Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts Programs since August 1999. Previously, Jacob Hizny worked as a Corporate Executive Chef at Maines Paper & Food Service from December 2004 to March 2014, focusing on innovative recipe creation, menu engineering, and training within the test kitchen and learning center. Jacob Hizny holds an Associate's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Luzerne County Community College and graduated from Wyoming Area Senior High School.
