Michael Krzywicki

Michael Krzywicki has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as the Patrol Bureau Commander and Lieutenant at Wilkes University Police Department since May 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Kingston PD, including K-9 Handler since February 2002 and retired as Police Chief for Kingston Municipal Police Department from November 2013 to May 2019. Michael's career in policing began as a Police Officer with Dallas Borough PD from February 1991 to January 1993, followed by a lengthy tenure at Municipality of Kingston Police Department where roles included Sergeant and Police Officer. In addition to fieldwork, Michael has been a Criminal Justice Instructor at Luzerne County Community College since August 2004. Michael holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Marywood University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from King's College (1985-1989).
