Robert Boyer is a seasoned lawyer and professor with extensive experience in both legal and educational fields. Since October 2019, Robert Boyer has been practicing law at Robert J. Boyer, Esq. and serving as a professor of Criminal Justice at Luzerne County Community College since January 1993. Previously, Robert Boyer held the position of Mayor of Wyoming Borough from 2006 to 2018 and served as a Police Sergeant with the Kingston Municipal Police Department from 1988 to 1994.
