Claudia Raulhac

Claudia Raulhac is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in the hospitality industry. As the Head of Human Resources at LVMH Hotel Management since January 2018, Claudia oversees HR for prestigious brands including Cheval Blanc and White 1921, managing a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees globally. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Dorchester Collection's Hotel Plaza Athénée, where Claudia contributed to the success of a historic palace, and roles at Vienna House, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Concorde Hotels & Resorts, encompassing recruitment, team restructuring, and HR policy development. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Law and is currently pursuing an Executive Coaching certificate from HEC Paris.
