Gina Fornario

Gina Fornario serves as the Chief of Litigation and Employment at LVMH since August 2023. Prior to this role, Gina held various legal positions at Ross Stores, Inc. from May 2018 to August 2023, culminating in the title of Group Vice President, Legal. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel for Litigation at Handy HQ, and a Senior Associate position in the Commercial Law Group at Nixon Peabody LLP. Gina began a career in legal practice at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP as an Associate in the Commercial Law Group, following participation in the Human Resource Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin. Academically, Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law.
