Guillaume Blanc

Guillaume Blanc is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, HRIS, and HR data management. Since January 2018, Guillaume has held various leadership roles at LVMH, including Compensation & Benefits, HRIS & HR Data Director, and Head of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining LVMH, Guillaume worked at Mercer as an Executive Compensation Consultant and Health & Benefits Account Manager. Additional experience includes an HR Generalist and Labor Relations apprenticeship at Orange and an HR Specialist trainee position at EDF. Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and completed preparatory studies at Lycée Montaigne Bordeaux.
