Ludovic Pauchard

Ludovic Pauchard currently serves as the Industrial and Craftsmanship Director at LVMH, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ludovic spent over 22 years at Louis Vuitton, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, managing operations across 33 leather goods ateliers with a workforce of 10,000. Previous positions at Louis Vuitton involved overseeing production for leathergoods, women’s shoes, and managing factories and production facilities in the United States. Earlier in his career, Ludovic was a Production Manager and Engineer at Michelin, leading teams in high-volume manufacturing environments. Ludovic holds degrees from École Polytechnique, ENSTA, and completed an Advanced Management Program at ESSEC Executive Education.
