Ains Lindsey Deason Minton

Lindsey Deason Minton, AINS, has extensive experience in various roles within the insurance and wellness industries. Currently serving as the Digital Discovery Supervisor at LWCC since May 2017, Lindsey has held several positions at the company, including Policyholder Services Operations Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner, Associate Underwriter, and People Operations Intern. Prior experience includes roles as an Advanced Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Customer Service Coordinator, and Intern at FITT - Functionally Integrated Training & Therapy from December 2013 to October 2017, as well as a Wellness Attendant at SB Wellness from 2013 to May 2014. Lindsey holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Education from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution.
