Laconda Earle

Laconda Earle serves as the Food Safety & Compliance Field Manager at Hissho Sushi Inc. since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in operational management and training. Previously, Laconda held positions as Operations Manager and Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Operations at SUSHI WITH GUSTO, INC. from August 2016 to April 2018, and briefly provided Epic Support at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in June 2016. Additional roles include temporary support for Security Finance Tax during the 2016 tax season with Robert Half - Office Team and a corporate trainer at Ovation Brands from February 1992 to August 2015, focusing on developing managerial skills. Laconda earned an Associate of Science in Computer Technology from Spartanburg Community College and a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
