Lauren Kraemer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational innovation and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Innovation at Hissho Sushi Inc. since November 2017, past roles include Sr. Director of Operational Innovation and Sr. Director of Training and Development. Prior to Hissho Sushi, Lauren held the position of Human Resources Manager at The Bakery Cos. and spent over six years at Krispy Kreme in various significant roles, including Manager of International Operation Services, where leadership was provided for the International Division supporting over 800 stores across 24 countries, and Senior International Operation Services Specialist, focusing on cost efficiency and profitability. Early career experiences include roles at High Point University as Student Director of the Group Exercise Program and as Executive Director of Programs at Wellspring Camps. Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Training from High Point University.
