Rupesh M. has a wealth of experience in the food safety and compliance field. In addition to their formal education, Rupesh M. obtained several certifications throughout their career. Rupesh became a Basic Seafood HACCP Trainer and a Sanitation Control Procedures (SCP) Trainer through the Association of Food and Drug Officials in May 2023. In March 2020, they obtained a Food Protection Manager Certification from SERVESAFE LTD, and in January 2020, they earned a Seafood HACCP certification from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Rupesh M. also completed an International Food Law course at Michigan State University in December 2018 and a Better Process Control School program at the University of Arkansas in November 2018. Furthermore, they became a Lead Instructor for Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in February 2017, and completed the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA)- Train the trainer Course in January 2017. Rupesh M. obtained certifications in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food in March 2016 and became a Lead Instructor for this program as well.
