Ankit Rai is the Global Head of Customer Value & Experience/CRM at Lyca Group, the largest telecom & fintech conglomerate in the world. Prior to this role, Ankit held positions at Lebara, airtel, and Vodafone Idea Limited. Ankit is currently pursuing a Mastering Digital Marketing degree at London Business School and holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from University Business School.
