KMD Surendar is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in payroll administration and technical training. Currently serving as a Global Payroll Administrator at Lyca Group since February 2023, KMD previously held multiple roles, including Technical Trainer and Controller at Ashok Leyland from July 2019 to October 2023. Earlier career experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Sasco Engineer & Fabricator from August 2014 to February 2016. KMD holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Renewable Energy Management from Versatile Business School (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Vel Tech Multi Tech Dr. Rangarajan Dr. Sakunthala Engineering College (2010-2014).
