Anitha Siriwardana

Anitha Siriwardana is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of the Faculty of Business at Lyceum Campus and as a Programme Lead and Lecturer at Deakin University, Anitha has previously held key positions at ESOFT Metro Campus, including Senior Programme Manager cum Lecturer and Head Coordinator. Anitha’s early career includes roles at Würth Group as a Human Capital Agent and Team Controller, where responsibilities spanned HR, marketing, and sales controlling. Anitha also worked as an Independent Contractor in international affairs coordination. Anitha’s educational background includes an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from London South Bank University, alongside several other postgraduate qualifications.
