Owen McMahon

Owen McMahon is an experienced undergraduate engineer specializing in process engineering and metallurgy, currently working at GR Engineering Services Ltd since February 2023, assisting principal engineers with various projects and studies. Prior to this role, Owen contributed to research and development in zircon flotation techniques at Iluka Resources from November 2022 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes positions at Northern Star Resources Limited and AngloGold Ashanti Australia, where proficiency in process operations was attained in crushing, grinding, flotation, roasting, and leaching. Additionally, a background in traffic engineering and project management was developed at level5design. Owen is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy at Curtin University, with an expected graduation in November 2024.
