Joe Scavone has a strong background in program management, operations, and continuous improvement within the automotive industry. Joe has held various leadership roles at companies such as Lydech, Faurecia, Camaco LLC, and Lear Corporation. Joe has experience in directing global program engineering, managing plant closures, launching new manufacturing facilities, overseeing seating systems programs for major automotive customers, and exploring non-automotive business opportunities. Joe is also trained and certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen activities. Joe holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Chemical Engineering.
