Prior to Lydian, Joe Rodden held positions in business development and analytics at Form Energy, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, focusing on the commercialization of an ultra-low cost energy storage solution. Joe Rodden also contributed to strategy and finance at Affirm in 2019 and gained valuable experience in financial markets advisory at BlackRock from 2016 to 2019, where assistance was provided to governments and financial institutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
