Mike Mullaney

Mike Mullaney serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Lydonia since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading Professional Services and Customer Success teams, establishing new standards for customer support, and enhancing post-sales experiences. Prior to Lydonia, Mike held the role of Senior Director of Professional Services at Genesys, overseeing delivery for enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth. At Dell EMC, Mike served as Senior Director, Global Technical Account Management, managing global teams responsible for customer lifecycle processes. Earlier career milestones include roles as Principal Presales Consultant at IPD and various positions in business development, project management, and military leadership. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI.
